Negotiation skills is how you come in a agreement betwween two parties without any differences.its a method where by people reason with each other and come to a desicion in a more professional manner.in order to have an effective outcome in negotiation skill one need to be willing to reach in an agreement between two parties.

In order to achive netiation ther are different stages invole .this stages helps one to have a good arwaness of negotation skills. in work places negotiation skills are very important because they help find mutal understanding within the work enviroment and reduceses conflict and arguments hence provide good working enviroment in an organisation.this stages are:
Preparation
At this stage preparation is the first step to start with negotiation skills where by you need prepare when to meet ,where to meet and who will be on the meeting.this method helps in giving awareness and plans how the processes will go on.also give awareness of what rules should be followed.by this it helps in reducing time wastage cause everyone knows what to do.
Discussion
this is where by the parties give all their awareness of the situation and their understanding.this helps people know each parties understanding of the situation and other issue that may arise.the discussion stages helps the parties give their on side of view and give all the parties to bring forward their case.
Clarifying Goals
discriminating their issues this stage is where by both parties come to one understanding of the situation .sometimes it can lead to more argument if one of the parties feels their needs are not met .is effective if all the parties agree to one way forward of their issues .
Agreement
after both parties have put down all their issues and reached and agreed to one discussion this stage helps the parties come to a better understanding and an agreement is made between two parties .and both parties have a know how of what have been deiced.
Implementing a Course of Action
this is the last stage where by the two parties have awareness on what was deiced and they put in action of what was deiced about
